Can we charge for late cancellations and no-shows?

Yes. We support card-on-file with clear consent capture so late-cancellation fees hold up in chargeback disputes.

Do you support coaching practices?

We onboard licensed clinical practices by default. Coaching-only practices are reviewed case-by-case and held to the same advertising standards as clinical providers — coaching cannot be marketed as therapy.
