What supplement claims will get my account declined?

Disease claims (treats, cures, prevents specific conditions), unsupported efficacy claims, before-and-after marketing without substantiation, and anything mimicking pharmaceutical advertising. Structure-function claims with appropriate disclaimers are fine.

Do you support auto-ship subscriptions?

Yes — and we require you to do them the right way: clear opt-in, pre-renewal notifications, easy cancellation. We will help you build those flows if you do not have them.

What about GLP-1 or peptide-adjacent supplements?

We do not onboard supplements positioned as alternatives to prescription medications. If your marketing implies the product does what a GLP-1 or other Rx does, that is a decline.
