The Research Use Only storefront standard every NoRamp merchant meets
This is not a guide to getting a consumer peptide store past a reviewer. It is a description of what a legitimate research supplier's storefront already looks like, published so that applicants can see the bar before they apply and so that merchants know exactly what our nightly scans and human reviewers expect to find.
Catalog
- No prescription compound of any kind, under any name, code or abbreviation. Every GLP-1, GIP and incretin-class compound is prohibited outright.
- Products are presented as reference materials: compound name, purity, quantity, analytical documentation, storage and handling for a laboratory.
- No consumer formats. No capsules, strips, sprays, gummies, pens, supplement-style labels, stacks, protocols or weeks-of-supply bundles.
- No injection supplies. Bacteriostatic water, syringes, needles, swabs and reconstitution kits are not sold, bundled, upsold or linked.
- No blends or products whose name or marketing implies a physiological outcome.
Language
- No dosing, reconstitution, administration or cycle guidance anywhere on any connected domain, including blog posts, downloadable documents and customer support content.
- No weight-loss, anti-aging, performance, longevity, recovery, sexual-health, hair-growth or other physiological claim.
- No mechanism-of-action copy written for a buyer rather than a laboratory.
- No reference to patients, practitioners, prescriptions, consultations, physician use or a path to a prescriber.
- No reviews, testimonials, before-and-after content, influencer content or affiliate marketing.
- The Research Use Only notice is in the server-rendered HTML of every product page and the checkout, visible to a reader, not injected by script or drawn into an image.
Buyers and checkout
- Buyers are verified as researchers before an order is accepted: institutional affiliation, laboratory credentials, a purchase-order workflow or equivalent documentation.
- Checkout requires an explicit research-use acknowledgment that the buyer must affirm.
- Institutional purchase orders, net-terms invoicing and account-based ordering are supported and are where most volume comes from.
- No subscriptions, discount codes, loyalty programs or other consumer retention mechanics.
Fulfillment and order patterns
- Orders ship to institutions, laboratories and business addresses. Residential delivery is not offered.
- Order size and frequency are consistent with laboratory supply, not with an individual purchasing for personal use.
- Repeat individual buyers, small residential orders and quantities that only make sense for personal use are treated as violations, not as presentation issues.
Disclosure
- Every domain, brand and entity connected to the business is disclosed to NoRamp and is held to the same standard.
- The storefront reviewed at application is the storefront that operates. Material changes are disclosed before they go live.
- Processor history, monitoring-program placement and regulatory correspondence are disclosed in full.
How this standard is enforced
Every live NoRamp storefront in this category is scanned nightly and reviewed by people. Incidental presentation issues are raised with the merchant with a stated deadline. Anything on our prohibited-conduct list is handled as a violation, with same-day suspension and termination, funds held, fines passed through in full and a report to our banks, the networks and regulators where required. A storefront that met the standard on day one and drifts toward consumer selling is treated exactly like one that never met it.
Where we stand
NoRamp is the strictest payment processor in the world for Research Use Only. We are on the side of the card networks, the acquiring banks and the regulators, not on the side of a merchant who wants to see how close to the line they can operate. Approval is possible. It is rare, on purpose.
